How to add a Video Overlay in Sony Vegas (Picture in Picture)

Hey there, compiled this video to hopefully help some people out with adding a background or border to their videos. Let's see how to do it in the following step and video.

Steps:
1) Create your background video or image and put it as the bottom-most video track
2) Place the video you wish to crop above the 'background' track
3) Apply Event FX (Sony Cookie Cutter) to the top track
4) Fiddle with the settings to get the proper shape/size you want for the video
5) If the area you were looking to crop in isn't dead center on the video, you can use the Event Pan/Crop option to move the source around and line it up with your cookie cutter

Hopefully that helps you out on your quest to put pictures in other pictures!
